We are currently looking for the following people to join us:

Customer Services Representative

The role will involve:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making schedules outbound calls
  • Contact delivery drivers to chase up delivery times
  • Processing orders and generating prices for orders
  • Dealing with upset customers and resolving their queries
  • Assisting with data input
  • Working with Microsoft Excel
  • Complaint handling and recording

The working hours are to be discussed at interview.
Hourly rate £10.00 per hour.

Market Driver

We are looking for someone special who can perform the role of a multi-drop driver and collect produce from Spitalfields during the night;

  • Used to working nights
  • Has an eye for detail and quality and would only buy something you are happy with
  • An outgoing personality
  • Be of smart appearance with a professional attitude
  • Experience of loading a van
  • Can legally drive and have experience of a 3.5t van
  • Experience of performing multi-drops (between 5 – 10 per day)
  • Can lift up to 20kg
  • Can work 5 – 6 nights per week

Multi-drop delivery drivers

Delivering to our customers from our premises in Saffron Walden throughout the south of England. Our drivers are critical in our relationships with our customers making sure we offer the best levels of service day after day.

Does this sound like you;

  • Used to early starts (3am)
  • Be of smart appearance with a professional attitude
  • Experience of loading a van
  • Experience of performing multi-drops (between 5 – 20 per day)
  • Can lift up to 20kg
  • Can legally drive and have experience of a 3.5t van
  • Can work 5 – 6 days per week

Night shift order assemblers

Picking and packing orders in our chilled premises in Saffron Walden. Our warehouse teams are critical in our relationships with our customers making sure we pick and pack the very best produce that is available.

Does this sound like you;

  • MUST have experience of working night shifts
  • Must have experience of working in a chilled environment
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Be of smart appearance with a professional attitude
  • Can lift up to 20kg
  • Can work 5 – 6 days per week
  • Can fit into a small team
  • Order assembly work as benefit
